一、功能营销:
在功能划分上,从每一细处彰显欧式风格的文化生活哲学,销售大厅共两层,每层为443.25平方米。一层分为沙盘展示区、户型展示区、洽谈区、影音区、儿童游乐区、水吧、销控台和销控办公室,卫生间。二层分为VIP接待室、销售办公室、甲方办公室、财务室、会议室、更衣室、储藏间、卫生间等等各种功能必须满足。
二、感觉营销:
通过售楼处建筑与景观的融合,制造高尚欧式社区的第一品质感觉,让人们进入售楼区域的的一瞬间都能展开丰富的联想,有一种置身其中的强烈居住愿望;通透视野的特点,注重生态自然和文化品质的双重表现。
三、视觉营销:
在空间感觉营造方面做到内外结合,既强调室内空间布局的合理规划,又强化艺术、文化气氛的表现,更通过玻璃幕墙,增强视野穿透性,将建筑与户外景观相呼应;
四、听觉营销:
通过室内外小型水景的设置,搭配室内清雅、舒缓的背景音乐,让客户在一种心旷神怡的销售中聆听销讲,进一步感受项目品质,

1、 Functional marketing:
